Parkside Fitness instructors are certified through a nationally-recognized group exercise certification like AFAA, ACE, etc. for a general certification, or they are certified through Les Mills, Beach Body, or another group exercise format to teach specific classes.

A fun and practical way to gain the benefits of yoga for a wide spectrum of levels and personal circumstances. Practiced from a chair and while standing, it greatly benefits individuals who are recovering from an injury as well as those struggling to exercise with conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, chronic pain, MS, scoliosis, heart disease, and weight issues.
Increases strength, stability, and flexibility. It balances all the systems of the body with therapeutic postures and connects you to the awareness of your breath. Modifications can be made for all levels no matter what your experience—beginner or established athlete.
