The Pekin Park District has entered into a new lease agreement with Dead Broke Ranch, LLC, to take over the operations of the horse stables out at McNaughton Park. Starting Saturday, November 8, 2025, all the facilities will be closed off to the general public to facilitate site assessments, clean-up, repairs, and renovations. The goal is to have the facility back up in operation late spring/early summer 2026.
